BKT EXECUTIVE TRAVELS LIMITED: CONSUMER STANDARD TERMS OF SERVICE

We are BKT Executive Travels Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ([Insert Registration Number and Address]) ("BKT," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern all services booked by you for personal, non-commercial use.
Please review these Terms before making a Booking, as the latest version will apply to your journey.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
Term Definition
BKT BKT Executive Travels Limited.
Services The provision of Chauffeur Services, Executive Car Hire, and/or Airport Transfers provided by BKT or its authorised partners.
Customer (You) The person who places and pays for the Booking.
Passenger Any individual carried in the Vehicle under a Booking.
Booking The formal acceptance of a requested Service by BKT, resulting in a contract with the Customer.
Vehicle Any vehicle supplied by BKT to fulfil the Services.
Additional Charges Any fees or charges incurred beyond the original fixed price, including waiting time, parking, and cleaning fees.
2. Contractual Basis
2.1. Principal Obligation: When you make a Booking, BKT enters into a contractual obligation as principal with you to provide the journey. The contract is solely between you and BKT Executive Travels Limited.
2.2. Formation of Contract: A contract for the provision of Services is formed only when BKT issues a formal Booking Confirmation to you (via email or app notification).
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Quotes and Pricing: All quotes are provided on a fixed-price basis for the journey and vehicle class specified at the time of booking, subject only to any Additional Charges incurred (e.g., waiting time, stops).
3.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of Booking unless otherwise agreed for pre-approved corporate accounts.
3.3. Additional Charges: Any Additional Charges incurred during the journey (including tolls, parking, and excessive waiting time) will be charged to the payment method on file upon completion of the Service.
4. Waiting Time Policy
4.1. Standard Transfers (Non-Airport): The Customer is permitted fifteen (15) minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed pick-up time.
4.2. Airport Transfers (Meet & Greet): A maximum of sixty (60) minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the flight's actual landing time (as tracked by BKT).
4.3. Overtime Charge: If the Customer or Passenger fails to appear within the complimentary waiting time, BKT reserves the right to charge an overtime fee at its current prevailing rate, calculated per 15-minute interval, or to treat the booking as a No-Show (see Clause 5.3).
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
5.1. Amendment and Cancellation: All amendments and cancellations must be made via the BKT app or by contacting the Control Centre. Amendments may be subject to a price change.
5.2. Cancellation Charges: The following charges apply upon cancellation:

More than 12 hours No charge (Full Refund)
6 to 12 hours 50% of the total Booking price
Less than 6 hours 100% of the total Booking price
5.3. No-Show: If a Passenger fails to meet the driver at the designated pick-up location within the permitted waiting time (and BKT has received no communication), the journey will be considered a No-Show, and the Customer will be charged 100% of the total Booking price.
6. Passenger and Vehicle Conduct
6.1. Safety and Law: Passengers must comply with all traffic laws and the Driver’s instructions, including wearing seat belts.
6.2. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage:
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the selected Vehicle is appropriate for the number of Passengers and the volume of luggage.
BKT reserves the right to refuse carriage if the capacity is exceeded, or if the luggage is excessive or poses a safety risk.
6.3. Prohibited Conduct:
Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited in all Vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
The consumption of alcohol, food, or illegal substances is forbidden unless expressly approved by BKT prior to the journey.
6.4. Right to Refuse Service: The Driver reserves the absolute right to refuse or terminate a journey immediately without refund if any Passenger is:
Intoxicated, aggressive, or abusive towards the driver or other Passengers.
Engaging in conduct that may compromise the safety of the Vehicle, the Driver, or others.
6.5. Vehicle Damage: The Customer is liable for any damage or soiling (including vomiting or excessive mess) caused to the interior or exterior of the Vehicle by any Passenger. A penalty fee for cleaning (up to £250) and/or repair costs will be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. BKT Responsibility: BKT will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing the Services. BKT is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including: severe weather, traffic congestion, road accidents, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.
7.2. Missed Flights/Events: BKT is not responsible for any consequential losses, including missed flights or events, due to delays or interruptions to the service. Customers are advised to allow sufficient time for travel, particularly for airport transfers.
7.3. Personal Property: Passenger luggage and personal effects are transported entirely at the Passenger's risk. BKT shall not be liable for any loss or damage unless proven to be caused by the gross negligence of the Driver.
8. General
8.1. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Privacy: BKT will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
